Submissions
For submissions comprising only of abstracts, one of the authors is expected to present the paper-abstract at the conference; this will be included in the Book of Abstracts. The word limit for every stand-alone abstract/manuscript-abstract must not be more than 250 words and all paper submissions must be mailed to: icebe@covenantuniversity.edu.ng. Also, authors are encouraged to indicate the subtheme under which their submission is made (this must appear in bold on the title page of the submitted paper).
Full Paper Presentation
All submissions will go through an initial editorial screening before being sent for double-blind peer review. Note that all fully accepted papers/abstracts must be presented orally at the conference by their corresponding or co-authors. This also serves as a precondition for publication.

- Full Email Address of Corresponding Author
- Times New Romans, Font Size 12, 1.5 Spacing, 1-8 Pages (Single Column)
- Main Sections: Introduction, Theory, Materials and Methods, Results and Discussion, Conclusion, and References. All in-text citations and references must be in APA style
Note: All fully accepted papers will be published as book chapters in Scopus Indexed Book Series.

Poster Presentation
Format:
- Sections: Abstract, Introduction, Materials and methods, Conclusion
- Dimension: L x W (80 cm x 80 cm)
- Font Size and Style: Font size “14” and Times New Roman
Exhibitions
The conference will also have an exhibition stand where companies, establishments/institutions can display their products.
Note: All submissions must be the original contributions of the author(s), must not be under consideration for publication in any other conference or journal and must fall under one of the itemized subthemes. Plagiarism word limit = 15% maximum.
